In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Exeter-Milligan Timberwolves basketball team scored a tight 42-41 triumph over the Meridian Mustangs.

In their next game, the Timberwolves meet the Nebraska Lutheran Knights (Waco, NE) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 24. Exeter-Milligan will attempt to move on its 8-9 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 11-3 record after their 65-16 non-league win over College View Academy (Lincoln, NE).
