New York High School Basketball - Whitesboro sneaks past Auburn
January 21, 2025: Marcy, NY 13403 The Whitesboro Warriors basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Auburn Maroons to 46 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they host New Hartford for a Section 3 Tri-Valley - Colonial game on Friday, January 24. Whitesboro will play a Spartans team coming off a 73-52 non-league loss to Lowville (Lowville, NY). The Spartans record now stands at 6-5.
With the loss, Auburn falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Maroons host West Genesee (Camillus, NY) to play the Wildcats in a non-league game on Friday, January 24. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 4-3.
