In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Ferndale Golden Eagles basketball team scored a decisive 72-29 triumph over the Mt. Baker Mountaineers.

In their next game, the Golden Eagles meet the Burlington-Edison Tigers (Burlington, WA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, January 27. Ferndale will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record.
