The Cherry Creek Bruins bounced the visiting Overland Trailblazers basketball squad by a final score of 79-53 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Bruins face the Eaglecrest Raptors (Centennial, CO) in a 6A/5A Centennial outing, on Wednesday, January 28. Cherry Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 11-3 season record. The Raptors enter the outing with a 11-4 record after their 68-59 league win over Smoky Hill (Aurora, CO).

With the loss, Overland falls to 6-9 on the campaign. The Trailblazers travel to Arapahoe (Centennial, CO) to confront the Warriors in a 6A/5A Centennial game on Tuesday, January 27.
