Florida High School Basketball - Dillard tops Deerfield Beach
January 24, 2022: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Dillard Panthers (Fort Lauderdale, FL) and the visiting Deerfield Beach Bucks (Deerfield Beach, FL), saw Dillard's basketball squad knock off Deerfield Beach by a count of 48-39.
With the victory, Dillard upgrades its record to 16-6 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to South Broward (Hollywood, FL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 27. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 18-3. South Broward won 54-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Everglades (Miramar, FL)
Next up, the Bucks play the Taravella Trojans (Coral Springs, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 28. Deerfield Beach will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 4-12 record after their 54-14 non-league loss to Coral Springs (Coral Springs, FL).
