The Cleveland Blue Raiders nipped the visiting Rhea County Golden Eagles basketball squad by a final score of 60-55 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Blue Raiders face the East Hamilton Hurricanes (Ooltewah, TN) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, January 25. Cleveland will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record. The Hurricanes enter the outing with a 12-2 record after their 63-43 non-league win over Chattanooga Central (Harrison, TN).

The Golden Eagles (16-9) will now prepare for their outing against Loudon (Loudon, TN). The Redskins enter the non-league outing with a 13-6 record.
