The Dakota Valley Panthers basketball team scored 88 points and limited the visiting Tri-Valley Mustangs to 56 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now have a 9-2 record. They play next when they host St. Thomas More for a non-league game on Saturday, January 25. Dakota Valley will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 67-33 league win over Lead-Deadwood (Lead, SD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 9-4.

With the loss, Tri-Valley falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Canton (Canton, SD) to confront the C-Hawks in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. The C-Hawks go into the game with a record of 1-10. Canton lost 78-38 in their recent league game against Beresford (Beresford, SD)
