In Friday's league contest, the visiting Elmwood-Murdock Knights basketball team scored a good 53-35 win over the Lourdes Central Catholic Knights.

The Knights (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Fillmore Central (Geneva, NE). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Fillmore Central defeated David City (David City, NE), 62-37, in a non-league contest.
