January 25, 2022: Volga, SD 57071 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the DeSmet Bulldogs (DeSmet, SD) basketball squad beat the host Sioux Valley Cossacks (Volga, SD), by a count of 64-55.
The Bulldogs (13-1) will now prepare for their outing against Colman-Egan (Colman, SD). The C-E Hawks go into the non-league outing with a 10-3 record. In their last outing, Colman-Egan was topped by Castlewood (Castlewood, SD), 55-30, in a non-league outing.
The Cossacks now hold a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Baltic for a non-league outing on Thursday, January 27. Sioux Valley will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 56-54 non-league loss to Viborg/Hurley (Viborg, SD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-9.
