The Andrean Fighting 59ers basketball team scored 79 points and limited the visiting Highland Trojans to 49 in the Fighting 59ers league triumph on Saturday.

The Fighting 59ers now have a 9-5 record. They play next when they host Hanover Central for a Northwest Crossroads game on Tuesday, January 28. Andrean will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 70-50 non-league win over Lake Station Edison (Lake Station, IN). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-7.

With the loss, Highland falls to 9-7 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Kankakee Valley (Wheatfield, IN) to confront the Kougars in a Northwest Crossroads game on Friday, January 31.
