The Spring Mills Cardinals routed the host Mercersburg Academy Blue Storm basketball team by a final score of 71-43 in Thursday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Cardinals face the Washington Patriots (Charles Town, WV) in a Eastern Panhandle game, on Monday, January 30. Spring Mills will attempt to move on its 11-0 season record. The Patriots enter the game with a 8-8 record after their 63-21 league win over Hedgesville (Hedgesville, WV).
