New Jersey High School Basketball - Whippany Park tipped by Butler
January 26, 2024: Butler, NJ 07419 The Butler Bulldogs basketball team scored 40 points and held the visiting Whippany Park Wildcats to 39 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hanover Park for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. Butler will meet a Hornets team coming off a 75-48 league loss to Madison (Madison, NJ). The Hornets record now stands at 9-7.
The Wildcats (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Mount Olive (Flanders, NJ). The Marauders enter the non-league contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, Mount Olive nudged Boonton (Boonton, NJ), 71-62, in a non-league contest.
