New York High School Basketball - Harrison overwhelms Rye
January 26, 2024: Rye, NY 10580 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Harrison Huskies (Harrison, NY) and the host Rye Garnets (Rye, NY), saw Harrison's basketball squad wallop Rye by a tally of 64-43.
With the victory, Harrison improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to New Rochelle (New Rochelle, NY) to play the Huguenots in a Section 1 Conference 1B challenge on Friday, February 2. The Huguenots come into the challenge with a record of 5-5.
Next up, the Garnets play the Ardsley Panthers (Ardsley, NY) in a Section 1 Conference 2D challenge, on Wednesday, January 31. Rye will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 13-2 record after their 42-30 league win over Pelham Memorial (Pelham, NY).
