Texas High School Basketball - Milby tipped by Madison

The Madison Marlins basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Milby Buffs to 54 in the Marlins league triumph on Friday.

The Marlins now sport a 19-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northside for a 5A Region III District 19 contest on Friday, February 3.

The Buffs (14-11) will now prepare for their contest against Sterling (Houston, TX). The Raiders enter the 5A Region III District 19 contest with a 13-4 record. In their last contest, Sterling nudged Sharpstown (Houston, TX), 83-78, in a league contest.
