The Jones County Greyhounds basketball team scored 45 points and held the host Locust Grove Wildcats to 30 in the Greyhounds league triumph on Friday.

The Greyhounds now sport a 8-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodland for a AAAAA Region 4 contest on Tuesday, February 1. Jones County will battle a Wolfpack team coming off a 43-38 league loss to Stockbridge (Stockbridge, GA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 9-13.
