In Tuesday's league bout, the Overhills Jaguars (Spring Lake, NC) basketball team crushed the visiting Western Harnett Eagles (Lillington, NC), by a tally of 61-32.

The Jaguars now possess a 12-6 record. They play next when they travel to Westover for a 3A/4A All-American test on Friday, January 31. Overhills will encounter a Wolverines squad coming off a 46-34 league win over Triton (Erwin, NC). The Wolverines record now stands at 10-9.

The Eagles (4-13) will now prepare for their test against Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC). The Trojans come into the 3A/4A All-American test with a 8-9 record. In their last test, Pine Forest was routed by Terry Sanford (Fayetteville, NC), 68-25, in a league test.
