The School Without Walls Penguins (Washington, DC) basketball toppled the host Ron Brown Monarchs (Washington, DC), 55-45 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Penguins now possess a 11-11 record. They play next when they travel to Coolidge for a DCSAA AA bout on Monday, February 3.

With the loss, Ron Brown falls to 10-11 on the campaign. The Monarchs travel to Eastern (Washington, DC) to play the Ramblers in a DCSAA A bout on Friday, January 31.
