Next, the Gryphons encounter the Mountain Island Charter Raptors (Mt. Holly, NC) in a Catawba River 1A/2A/3A test, on Tuesday, February 3. Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy will attempt to improve on its 8-9 season record. The Raptors come into the test with a 10-7 record after their 50-48 league win over Carolina International (Concord, NC).

The Comets (4-14) will now prepare for their test against Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC). The Raptors come into the Catawba River 1A/2A/3A test with a 9-7 record. In their last test, Mountain Island Charter beat Sugar Creek Charter (Charlotte, NC), 60-41, in a league test.
