The Valley Union Blue Devils nipped the visiting Patagonia Lobos basketball squad by a final score of 49-43 in Thursday's league outing.

Next, the Blue Devils clash with the Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind Sentinels (Tucson, AZ) in a 1A South outing, on Monday, February 2. Valley Union will attempt to upgrade on its 6-13 season record. The Sentinels enter the outing with a 1-13 record after their 56-47 non-league loss to Washington School for the Deaf (Vancouver, WA).
