Texas High School Basketball - Krum can't hold off Panther Creek
January 3, 2023: Krum, TX 76249 The Panther Creek Panthers basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Krum Bobcats to 52 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 13-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Aubrey for a 4A Region II District 11 contest on Friday, January 6. Panther Creek will battle a Chaparrals team coming off a 38-18 non-league win over Blue Ridge (Blue Ridge, TX). The Chaparrals record now stands at 9-12.
The Bobcats (14-9) will now prepare for their contest against Castleberry (Fort Worth, TX). The Lions enter the 4A Region I District 8 contest with a 8-11 record.
