Sevastopol Pioneers (Sturgeon Bay, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Oneida Nation Thunderhawks (Oneida, WI), 59-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Sevastopol upgrades its record to 11-1 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Kewaunee (Kewaunee, WI) to play the Storm in a Packerland bout on Friday, January 6. The Storm go into the bout with a record of 1-9. Kewaunee lost 62-46 in their recent non-league bout against New Holstein (New Holstein, WI)

Next up, the Thunderhawks play the Wausaukee Rangers (Wausaukee, WI) in a Marinette & Oconto bout, on Thursday, January 5. Oneida Nation will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record.
