In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Mingus Marauders basketball team scored a big 72-40 triumph over the San Luis Sidewinders.

The Marauders (10-4) will now prepare for their match against Sunnyside (Tucson, AZ). The Blue Devils enter the non-league match with a 3-9 record. In their last match, Sunnyside overwhelmed San Luis (San Luis, AZ), 106-44, in a non-league match.
