California High School Basketball - Amador Valley nips Dougherty Valley
January 30, 2022: Pleasanton, CA 94566 Fans at Sunday's league challenge between the Amador Valley Dons (Pleasanton, CA) and the visiting Dougherty Valley Wildcats (San Ramon, CA), saw Amador Valley's basketball squad hold off Dougherty Valley by a count of 54-53.
With the victory, Amador Valley upgrades its record to 10-7 on the campaign. The Dons host San Ramon Valley (Danville, CA) to play the Wolves in a challenge on Tuesday, February 1. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 20-2. San Ramon Valley won 72-42 in their recent league challenge against Piedmont (Piedmont, CA)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Dublin Gaels (Dublin, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, February 1. Dougherty Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Gaels come into the challenge with a 16-4 record after their 68-31 league win over Livermore (Livermore, CA).
