The Cape Hatteras Hurricanes basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Hobgood Charter Raiders to 42 in the Hurricanes league triumph on Tuesday.

The Hurricanes now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bear Grass Charter for a 1A Atlantic 5 contest on Friday, February 2. Cape Hatteras will meet a Bears team coming off a 63-47 league win over Columbia (Columbia, NC). The Bears record now stands at 12-5.
