Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the St. Andrew's Lions (Savannah, GA) and the visiting Pinewood Christian Patriots (Bellville, GA), saw St. Andrew's's basketball squad hold off Pinewood Christian by a tally of 29-28.

With the victory, St. Andrew's improves its record to 6-16 on the campaign. The Lions host Frederica Academy (St. Simons Island, GA) to confront the in a GIAA AAAA/AAA District 2 challenge on Friday, February 2. The come into the challenge with a record of 14-5. Frederica Academy lost 57-35 in their recent league challenge against Bulloch Academy (Statesboro, GA)
