The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Ainsworth Bulldogs (Ainsworth, NE) and the host Niobrara/Verdigre Cougars (Niobrara, NE), observed Ainsworth's basketball team knock off Niobrara/Verdigre by a score of 57-46.

The Bulldogs (3-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Sandhills/Thedford (Dunning, NE). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 7-10 record.
