The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Westbury Christian Wildcats (Houston, TX) and the host St. Francis Episcopal Wolves (Houston, TX), observed Westbury Christian's basketball team edge St. Francis Episcopal by a score of 62-60.

The Wildcats (26-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Northland Christian (Houston, TX). The Cougars come into the TAPPS 4A District 6 battle with a 9-20 record. In their last battle, Northland Christian was nudged by Rosehill Christian (Tomball, TX), 58-53, in a league battle.

The Wolves now own a 13-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host First Baptist Christian for a TAPPS 4A District 6 battle on Tuesday, February 3. St. Francis Episcopal will meet a Warriors team coming off a 114-41 league loss to St. Thomas Episcopal (Houston, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 2-16.
