January 31, 2020: Pocahontas, IA 50574 Pocahontas Indians (Pocahontas, IA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Storm Lake/Storm Lake St. Mary (Storm Lake, IA), 52-46 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Pocahontas upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The Indians host St. Mary's (Remsen, IA) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Friday, January 31. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 3-12. St. Mary's lost 57-31 in their recent league match against Gehlen Catholic (Le Mars, IA)
