The Corvian Community Cardinals basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Sugar Creek Wildcats to 56 in the Cardinals league triumph on Monday.

The Cardinals now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bradford Prep for a 1A Conference 38 contest on Tuesday, February 1.

The Wildcats (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC). The Stallions enter the 1A Conference 38 contest with a 13-5 record. In their last contest, Queen's Grant ran past Apprentice Academy (Monroe, NC), 96-48, in a league contest.
