Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Blacklick Valley overwhelmed by Harmony Area

The Harmony Area Owls basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the visiting Blacklick Valley Vikings to 46 in the Owls non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Owls now sport a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Purchase Line for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 2. Harmony Area will battle a Red Dragons team coming off a 64-34 league loss to Cambria Heights (Patton, PA). The Red Dragons record now stands at 3-17.

The Vikings (6-12) will now prepare for their contest against Ferndale (Johnstown, PA). The Yellow Jackets come into the Western Pennsylvania - Northern contest with a 5-13 record. In their last contest, Ferndale was routed by Conemaugh Township (Davidsville, PA), 87-44, in a league contest.
