North Carolina High School Basketball - Hough thwarts West Charlotte

The Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC) basketball knocked off the visiting West Charlotte Lions (Charlotte, NC), 67-55 in Tuesday's league test.

The Huskies (14-7) will now prepare for their test against Mallard Creek (Charlotte, NC). The Mavericks go into the 3A/4A Conference 60 test with a 7-13 record. In their last test, Mallard Creek notched a victory over East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC), 64-62, in a non-league test.

The Lions now own a 11-10 record. They play next when they host Chambers for a 3A/4A Conference 60 test on Tuesday, February 7.
