Borden Braves (Borden, IN) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Bedford North Lawrence Stars (Bedford, IN), 43-36 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Borden betters its record to 18-4 on the campaign. The Braves host South Central (Elizabeth, IN) to battle the Rebels in a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 3. The Rebels go into the contest with a record of 10-11. South Central won 84-31 in their recent non-league contest against Rock Creek Academy (Sellersburg, IN)

In their next game, the Stars battle the New Albany Bulldogs (New Albany, IN) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 6. Bedford North Lawrence will attempt to better on its 16-7 season record.
