The Kennedale Wildcats basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Burkburnett Bulldogs to 46 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now sport a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Argyle for a non-league contest on Monday, January 10.

The Bulldogs (12-11) will now prepare for their contest against Graham (Graham, TX). The Steers enter the 4A Region I District 5 contest with a 5-13 record. In their last contest, Graham was defeated by Brownwood (Brownwood, TX), 37-30, in a non-league outing.
