Indiana High School Basketball - Tri-Central knocked off by Peru

January 4, 2023: Peru, IN 46970

The Peru Tigers basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Tri-Central Trojans to 43 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Tigers now sport a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Miami for a Three Rivers contest on Friday, January 6. Peru will battle a Warriors team coming off a 51-47 non-league win over Argos (Argos, IN). The Warriors record now stands at 10-3.

The Trojans (7-9) will now prepare for their contest against Sheridan (Sheridan, IN). The Blackhawks enter the Hoosier Heartland contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Sheridan ran past Crawfordsville (Crawfordsville, IN), 62-31, in a non-league contest.
