Bronson Vikings (Bronson, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Concord Yellowjackets (Concord, MI), 45-43 in a league bout.

With the win, Bronson upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Vikings travel to Quincy (Quincy, MI) to play the Orioles in a Big 8 bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Orioles go into the bout with a record of 0-7. Quincy lost 56-40 in their recent league bout against Reading (Reading, MI)

Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Reading Rangers (Reading, MI) in a Big 8 bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Concord will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Rangers go into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 56-40 league win over Quincy (Quincy, MI).
