California High School Soccer - Birmingham knocks off Wilson
January 6, 2022: Los Angeles, CA 90032 Birmingham Patriots (Lake Balboa, CA) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Wilson Mules (Los Angeles, CA), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Patriots face the Salesian Mustangs (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 6. Birmingham will attempt to better on its 9-1 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 2-0 league win over Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA).
The Mules now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marshall for a Northern challenge on Tuesday, January 11. Wilson will face a Barristers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Marquez (Huntington Park, CA). The Barristers record now stands at 4-1.
