Washington High School Basketball - Squalicum fells Lynden
January 7, 2022: Bellingham, WA 98226 Squalicum Storm (Bellingham, WA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lynden Lions (Lynden, WA), 51-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Squalicum upgrades its record to 14-3 on the season. The Storm travel to Nooksack Valley (Everson, WA) to clash with the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 10. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Nooksack Valley lost 48-30 in their recent non-league bout against Meridian (Bellingham, WA)
Next up, the Lions clash with the Oak Harbor Wildcats (Oak Harbor, WA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 11. Lynden will attempt to upgrade on its 13-3 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 9-8 record after their 62-38 non-league loss to Mount Vernon (Mount Vernon, WA).
