Texas High School Basketball - Borden County routs O'Donnell
January 7, 2025: Gail, TX 79738 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Borden County Coyotes basketball team scored a big 48-26 triumph over the O'Donnell Eagles.
The Coyotes (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Klondike (Lamesa, TX). The Cougars go into the 1A Region I District 6 contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, Klondike smashed Rankin (Rankin, TX), 57-26, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles meet the Crosbyton Chiefs (Crosbyton, TX) in a 1A Region I District 7 battle, on Friday, January 10. O'Donnell will attempt to advance on its 9-11 season record. The Chiefs enter the battle with a 8-3 record after their 60-21 non-league win over Spur (Spur, TX).
