In Tuesday's league test, the Overhills Jaguars (Spring Lake, NC) basketball squad trounced the host Harnett Central Trojans (Angier, NC), by a score of 68-12.

Next, the Jaguars encounter the Triton Hawks (Erwin, NC) in a 3A/4A All-American test, on Friday, January 10. Overhills will attempt to improve on its 8-5 season record. The Hawks come into the test with a 6-9 record after their 47-40 league loss to Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC).

The Trojans (1-9) will now prepare for their test against Douglas Byrd (Fayetteville, NC). The Eagles come into the non-league test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Douglas Byrd was routed by Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC), 39-28, in a league test.
