California High School Basketball - California routs Piedmont
January 7, 2025: Piedmont, CA 94611 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting California Grizzlies basketball team scored a big 52-8 triumph over the Piedmont Highlanders.
The Grizzlies (14-0) will now prepare for their contest against Amador Valley (Pleasanton, CA). The Dons go into the contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Amador Valley was trounced by Freedom (Oakley, CA), 36-31, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Highlanders battle the San Leandro Pirates (San Leandro, CA) in a contest, on Thursday, January 9. Piedmont will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Pirates go into the contest with a 3-5 record after their 36-22 non-league loss to Washington (Fremont, CA).
