January 8, 2024: Stanley, ND 58784 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the South Prairie/Max (Minot, ND) and the host Stanley Blue Jays (Stanley, ND), saw South Prairie/Max's basketball squad wallop Stanley by a count of 68-36.
With the victory, South Prairie/Max upgrades its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The travel to Beulah (Beulah, ND) to play the Miners in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Miners come into the challenge with a record of 2-7. Beulah lost 71-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Bottineau (Bottineau, ND)
Next up, the Blue Jays play the Nedrose Cardinals (Minot, ND) in a A Region 3 challenge, on Friday, January 12. Stanley will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 55-39 league win over Des Lacs-Burlington (Des Lacs, ND).
