Connecticut High School Basketball - Glastonbury crushes Bristol Eastern
January 9, 2023: Glastonbury, CT 06033 Glastonbury Guardians (Glastonbury, CT) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Bristol Eastern Lancers (Bristol, CT), 51-26 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Glastonbury upgrades its record to 8-2 on the season. The Guardians host Conard (West Hartford, CT) to clash with the Red Wolves in a non-league bout on Friday, January 13. The Red Wolves go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Conard won 73-38 in their recent non-league bout against RHAM (Hebron, CT)
Next up, the Lancers clash with the Platt Panthers (Meriden, CT) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 12. Bristol Eastern will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 27-22 non-league win over Wilcox RVT (Meriden, CT).
