Indiana High School Basketball - Blackford bested by Yorktown
January 9, 2025: Yorktown, IN 47396 Yorktown Tigers (Yorktown, IN) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Blackford Bruins (Hartford City, IN), 37-27 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Yorktown advances its record to 7-2 on the year. The Tigers travel to Wes-Del (Gaston, IN) to encounter the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 13. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 1-6. Wes-Del lost 34-23 in their recent non-league challenge against Mississinewa (Gas City, IN)
