Iowa High School Basketball - Shenandoah overwhelms Fremont-Mills
January 9, 2025: Shenandoah, IA 51601 The Shenandoah Mustangs basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Fremont-Mills Knights to 24 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Mustangs now possess a 9-2 record. They play next when they host Glenwood for a Hawkeye Ten game on Friday, January 10. Shenandoah will confront a Rams team coming off a 43-38 league loss to Atlantic (Atlantic, IA). The Rams record now stands at 2-7.
With the loss, Fremont-Mills falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Red Oak (Red Oak, IA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Friday, January 10. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 0-8. Red Oak lost 64-13 in their recent league game against Kuemper (Carroll, IA)
