The Holy Cross Indians walloped the visiting Frankfort Panthers football team by a score of 39-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Indians face the Bishop Brossart Mustangs (Alexandria, KY) in a 1A District 4 challenge, on Friday, October 10. Holy Cross will attempt to improve on its 6-0 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 35-7 non-league loss to DeSales (Louisville, KY).

The Panthers (0-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Eminence (Eminence, KY). The Warriors enter the 1A District 5 challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Eminence was ripped by Holy Cross (Covington, KY), 51-6, in a non-league challenge.
