The Douglas County Huskies flag football team scored 53 points and held the host Highlands Ranch Falcons to 6 in the Huskies league victory on Friday.

In their next game, the Huskies face the Regis Jesuit Raiders (Aurora, CO) in a 5A/4A Continental challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. Douglas County will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 4-10 record after their 13-6 league loss to Heritage (Littleton, CO).

The Falcons (0-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Golden Eagles enter the 5A/4A Continental challenge with a 14-0 record. In their last challenge, Mountain Vista bounced Heritage (Littleton, CO), 47-0, in a league challenge.
