Lafayette Central Catholic Knights (Lafayette, IN) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Tipton Blue Devils (Tipton, IN), 35-13 in a league battle.

With the win, Lafayette Central Catholic advances its record to 6-0 on the season. The Knights travel to Benton Central (Oxford, IN) to play the Bison in a Hoosier - Small School battle on Friday, October 11. The Bison go into the battle with a record of 0-7. Benton Central lost 59-0 in their recent league battle against Rensselaer Central (Rensselaer, IN)

The Blue Devils now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Hamilton Heights for a Hoosier - Big School battle on Friday, October 11. Tipton will play a Huskies team coming off a 26-16 league win over Twin Lakes (Monticello, IN). The Huskies record now stands at 2-5.
