Mississippi High School Football - Center Hill knocks off Lewisburg

The Center Hill Mustangs football squad scored 27 points and limited the host Lewisburg Patriots to 17 in the Mustangs league win on Friday.

The Mustangs now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they host DeSoto Central for a 6A Region 1 battle on Friday, October 8. Center Hill will play a Jaguars squad coming off a 14-7 league win over Horn Lake (Horn Lake, MS). The Jaguars record now stands at 3-3.

Coming up next, the Patriots play the Hernando Tigers (Hernando, MS) in a 6A Region 1 battle, on Friday, October 8. Lewisburg will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Tigers go into the battle with a 2-5 record after their 16-9 league loss to Southaven (Southaven, MS).
