Royse City Bulldogs (Royse City, TX) backers left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Forney Jackrabbits (Forney, TX), 3-2 in a league match.

Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Highland Park Scots (Dallas, TX) in a 5A Region II District 13 match, on Tuesday, October 5. Royse City will attempt to better on its 23-12 season record.

With the loss, Forney drops to 25-12 on the campaign. The Jackrabbits host West Mesquite (Mesquite, TX) to battle the Wranglers in a 5A Region II District 13 match on Tuesday, October 5. The Wranglers come into the match with a record of 4-19. West Mesquite lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Crandall (Crandall, TX)
