New York High School Volleyball - Mendon over Churchville-Chili
October 1, 2024: Pittsford, NY 14534 The Mendon Vikings volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Churchville-Chili Saints to 1 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Vikings now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Midlakes for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 5. Mendon will play a Screaming Eagles team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Wayne (Ontario Center, NY). The Screaming Eagles record now stands at 2-7.
With the loss, Churchville-Chili drops to 10-6 on the campaign. The Saints host Gates Chili (Rochester, NY) to play the Spartans in a Section 5 Monroe County II outing on Wednesday, October 2. The Spartans come into the outing with a record of 3-8. Gates Chili won 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Midlakes (Clifton Springs, NY)
